As your State Senator, I work tirelessly to tackle the tough issues facing Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket: year-round housing, support for small businesses and workers, access to health care, civil rights, and protecting our fragile environment. I am proud of what we have been able to deliver and accomplish together since I’ve been in office, and I’m eager to tackle the challenges that still lie ahead.

Priorities
Our region is at a profound point of inflection. The cost of housing has skyrocketed, making it harder for year-round Cape Codders and Islanders to afford a life here. Every year, an estimated 1,000 families are forced to leave Cape Cod due to the cost of housing. I am laser-focused on changing that trajectory. We need to preserve year-round housing options and create more attainable housing, all while protecting our fragile and often threatened environment.
